Please wear your badge at all times while at PNDC. It is required for entrance to the conference, and you will use it to scan into sessions.
If you received your badge in the mail prior to the conference, no check-in is required. You may proceed to your first session upon arrival.
If you did not receive your badge in the mail, please visit Attendee Help & Services (located in the Skybridge at the Convention Center) to print your badge.
If you require a name change or other update to your badge, please visit Attendee Help & Services.
Attendee Help & Services opens at 6:30 AM Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Lectures at PNDC 2023 can be reserved in advance for free. By reserving a lecture, you will be guaranteed entry for up to 15 minutes after the lecture’s scheduled start time, at which point entry to the lecture will become first-come, first-served to all attendees. Workshops can be reserved for an additional fee.
Please make your free lecture reservations or paid workshop reservations through the registration system. Your reservation will be verified at the door to each lecture by scanning the QR code on your badge.
Find your session reservations in the registration system, by logging into the PNDC website, or in the app under “My Session Reservations.”
To update your session reservations, log into the registration system or visit Attendee Help & Services in the Skybridge onsite. Reservations can only be changed through the registration system.
All CE sessions and events are held at the Seattle Convention Center. There are no sessions or events at the Hyatt Regency.

Speaker slides will be available in the app and on the website. If slides are not available for a session, they were not provided by the speaker.
When entering a lecture or workshop, a door attendant will scan the QR code on your badge, and a corresponding evaluation form will be unlocked in the app and online.
Complete each evaluation to gain access to your CE credits. As you complete the evaluations, those records will show up on your certificate. Click “CE Credit” on the app home screen or on the website to begin. Attendees are no longer required to record/enter session codes.
Please scan your badge when entering any session. Please note: Part 1 & Part 2 of a session are counted as separate sessions. If you attend both, you must scan for entry to both Part 1 & Part 2.
The Washington State Dental Association (WSDA) reminds all licensed dentists and hygienists they are required by the Washington State Department of Health to maintain a record of CE credit hours earned. Dentists should retain this certificate as proof of continuing education pursuant to WAC 246-817-440 for a minimum of six years. WSDA and ADA member dentists will have their CE credit automatically uploaded to the CE Tracker. WSDA is an Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Provider.

Cancellations received on or before May 15 can be refunded minus a $15 processing fee per registrant. Requests must be received in writing to pndc@shworldwide.com. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after May 15. All purchased workshops and special events are non-refundable. For name substitutions and corrections after a badge has been received, please mail the badge along with the substitution or correction request to PNDC at 126 NW Canal St, Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98107.
Children over the age of 12 must register for the conference. Parents are always required to monitor their children and respect their fellow attendees by exiting a room if noise or behavior becomes an issue.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in any lectures but can enter the Exhibit Hall during show hours and must always be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall.
Infants in arms may attend lectures. If the infant becomes disruptive to others, the parent and infant will be asked to leave the lecture. No strollers are allowed in lecture rooms.
No children of any age will be allowed in workshops.
