Accurate implant placement is critical to obtain adequate occlusal loading, restorative emergence profile, soft tissue maintenance, and esthetic outcome. Rigid guides have been used for decades with acceptable success, but significant limitations under certain circumstances. Dynamic surgical guidance offers the ability to plan and execute cases with a higher degree of accuracy and without the need of any lab work, at the same that it allows real time modification of the surgical plan as needed.
