Julie Osterberg

Julie has worked at ERNwest since February of 2020. Prior to joining the ERNwest team, she worked in the Retrospective Rating (Retro) Program at the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries for seven years. In her role as Group Manager, Julie works to maximize the performance of the group by educating existing and new members about the program requirements and best practices, helping them navigate L&I account issues, providing cost benefit analyses and coordinating the other services available to members enrolled in the Retro program.

Throughout her career, Julie has worked on projects related to process improvement, resource management, and IT system implementation. It is important to Julie that customers have a positive experience, and she finds engagement in her work when she has helped a customer learn or overcome something that they can then apply to future scenarios and feel successful.
